Connect Your BigCommerce Store
Click to install the app
After installation, you'll be redirected back to Customthings. Click Confirm Binding to connect your store.
Configure Your Products
Once your BigCommerce store is connected, all your BigCommerce products appear in Customthings automatically.
Go to the Products page, switch to your BigCommerce channel using the channel switcher in the top-left, and open any product to configure its customization settings. Click Publish when done.
Confirm It's Working
Visit a product page on your BigCommerce storefront and select a product variant (e.g., a size option). A Customize button should appear—if it does, the integration is complete.
Order Sync
When a customer places an order on your BigCommerce store, it syncs to Customthings automatically. You can process it directly from your Orders page.
